The Astronomical Observatory of "Polse di Cougnes" is situated on a hill about 750m above sea level, overlooks
the town of Zuglio - Italy, a village of 300 inhabitants nestled between the Carnia mountains in the province of
Udine, about seven miles north of Tolmezzo. To reach us: Exit "Carnia Tolmezzo" Highway A23, take direction
Tolmezzo - Paluzza. After Tolmezzo always follow the direction Arta Terme - Paluzza and approximately 1km before
turning left towards Arta Terme Zuglio. At the end of the bridge and immediately turn right. Follow the road uphill
for about 3.5 km and you arrive.
